We accept printed tickets or can scan from a phone screen, provided the screen is clear and not damaged.

PAC-MAN LIVE EXPERIENCE - The full experience will last 50mins. You will be playing the maze for approximately 30mins.

Chaos Karts - You will be on track for approximately 20 minutes.

If you don't want to play, you can accompany ticket holders and watch from our viewing platform. Only ticket holders will be able to play the maze.

This is an active experience where you'll be moving, dashing and chomping your way to victory. It's normal to get the blood pumping during your adventure, so come prepared:

· Comfortable shoes - no high heels or open-toed shoes

· This is an active experience so please wear something you are able to move around in

· As a physical activity, you are likely to get warm, so dressing lightly is recommended

· Fancy dress is permitted as long as it does not restrict your movement or ability to wear the PAC-Vest

We have lockers where you can leave loose belongings and bags whilst you play. While this area is secure, all items are left at your own discretion, and we cannot take any responsibility for any lost items.

There will be opportunities to take pictures and videos of your experience during game play. There will be plenty of moments for you to snap that all important picture!

Official photos will also be available to purchase after your experience.

Please check your PDF tickets for arrival instructions. Arrive at the latest 15 minutes before the end of your arrival window to guarantee entry. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee entry for latecomers.

We are a cashless venue. We recommend pre-booking your tickets online to avoid disappointment as we do not hold any spaces for walk-ups. If you do decide to pay on the door, you will need to pay by card.

Experiences start every 30mins for up to 16 people at a time. You will be assigned the next available start time upon arrival. Please arrive on time as per your selected time slot to ensure there is not a delay to your experience.

Tickets sell extremely fast, and when they are gone, they are gone! Head over to the booking page to check live availability. When we’re sold out, there will be no room for squeezing people in!

Yes, if you wish to book a double game, please contact the team.

We have the option to purchase drinks (both alcoholic and soft), snacks and confectionary at the venue. There is also free popcorn!

You may drink alcohol before playing however, as this is an active, physical experience that requires coordination and awareness for your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guests who appear to be intoxicated.
