Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Arcade Arena London, part of Little Lion Entertainment ("the Promoter").

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 28 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on 26 June 2026 ("Competition Period").

Entries received after the closing date will not be counted.

3. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of Little Lion Entertainment, Arcade Arena London, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the administration of this competition are not eligible to enter.
• By entering, participants confirm they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.

4. How to Enter

To enter the competition, participants must:

1. Comment on the competition post explaining why they and their workplace or organisation deserve the Ultimate Level Up.
2. Tag their workplace squad or colleagues in the comments.
3. Enter via the competition post located at:

No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person will be counted. Multiple entries may be disqualified at the Promoter's discretion.

5. Prize

One winning workplace or organisation will receive:

• An Arcade Arena London experience for up to 24 participants.
• The opportunity to play two Arcade Arena games during a single visit.
• One welcome drink per attendee.
• Food provided for all attendees as part of the experience.
• The experience must be redeemed between 28 September 2026 and 27 November 2026.
• The booking is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance with Arcade Arena London.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Any additional costs not expressly stated as part of the prize, including additional food and beverages, travel, accommodation or other expenses, are the responsibility of the winner and attendees.
• If fewer than 24 attendees participate, no alternative compensation or substitute prize will be provided.

6. Winner Selection

• One winner will be selected by a panel appointed by the Promoter.
• Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality and the quality of the response explaining why their workplace or organisation deserves the Ultimate Level Up.
• The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

• The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter within 7 days of the competition closing.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
• If the winner does not respond within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, workplace or organisation name, social media handle, entry content, photographs and/or video content relating to the prize experience for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. General

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, inappropriate, offensive or otherwise fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.
• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
• The prize must be redeemed within the stated redemption period and cannot be extended unless agreed by the Promoter.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.

10. Data Protection

Any personal data supplied during the course of this competition will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the competition and prize fulfilment and in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter) or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
