Verified carers may attend free of charge, proof of disability will need to be provided (eg. Blue Badge, GP letter). Carers are permitted to participate in the games without charge, subject to availability. The carer must provide all physical assistance themselves; the staff are not able to provide physical support. Please note, free carer tickets are linked to designated access shows or pre-arranged support, rather than standard sessions. If sessions are full, carers may still accompany guests through the briefing and game areas for supervision. Please reach out to Guest Services in advance of your booking.

Yes, the attraction itself will be fully wheelchair accessible. All routes throughout the briefing areas and arena itself will be accessible. For the games themselves, the PAC-MAN Live Experience is fully wheelchair accessible. For Chaos Karts, accessibility depends on a player’s mobility and ability to control the kart using their arms and legs. We highly recommend reaching out to our Guest Services team ahead of your visit to discuss any accessibility requirements.

Relaxed sessions with reduced music volume can be arranged and we endeavour to adapt sessions for individual needs where possible. Please speak to our Guest Services team ahead of your visit if you require any adjustments.

All of our games use projections and lighting effects, therefore they are not recommended for people with photosensitivity.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the building there will be no accessible viewing areas for guests not participating. We will be reviewing this once the site opens to see what may be possible. However, we will have a great bar area for you to relax in whilst you wait. 

Unfortunately, due to the physical nature of the attraction, the games are not suitable for those who are pregnant.  

We would like to take this opportunity to highlight the Sunflower lanyard scheme (information can be found at: https://hiddendisabilitiesstore.com/). The purpose of this lanyard scheme is to raise awareness of hidden disabilities and additional needs, and our staff WILL recognise these lanyards. By wearing a sunflower lanyard, our staff are alerted to the fact that you may require additional assistance, such as to be brought forward through a queue, assistance in finding a quiet area, or to be helped to skip a certain section of the attraction.

Assistance dogs are generally permitted, however due to the physical and enclosed nature of the attraction, assistance dogs require pre-approval. Please contact our Guest Services team if you require additional assistance and they will support you.
