The purpose of this lanyard scheme is to raise awareness of hidden disabilities and additional needs, and our staff WILL recognise these lanyards. By wearing a sunflower lanyard, our staff are alerted to the fact that you may require additional assistance, such as to be brought forward through a queue, assistance in finding a quiet area, or to be helped to skip a certain section of the attraction.

Verified carers may attend free of charge, proof of disability will need to be provided (eg. Blue Badge, GP letter). Carers are permitted to participate in the games without charge, subject to availability. The carer must provide all physical assistance themselves; the staff are not able to provide physical support. Yes, the attraction itself will be fully wheelchair accessible. All routes throughout the briefing areas and arena itself will be accessible. For the games themselves, the PAC-MAN Live Experience is fully wheelchair accessible. For Chaos Karts, accessibility depends on a player’s mobility and ability to control the kart using their arms and legs. We highly recommend reaching out to our Guest Services team ahead of your visit to discuss any accessibility requirements.
