PAC-MAN LIVE EXPERIENCE Accessibility
The PAC-MAN LIVE EXPERIENCE is a physical activity suitable for most people aged around 8 to 80 and beyond - as long as you can stay on your feet and move around for about 50 minutes.
There isn’t a strict height restriction, but you’ll be required to wear a PAC-Vest, sign a waiver, and be comfortable standing and walking during the session.
It isn’t currently recommended for people who are pregnant, and while many people with disabilities can take part, reasonable adjustments may be needed, so contacting the team before your visit is advised.
Complementary carer tickets are available for registered carers accompanying disabled guests, and although there aren’t regular quiet sessions, the experience can sometimes be adapted on request.
Because the attraction uses a lot of projection and lighting effects, it’s not recommended for people with photosensitivity.
Chaos Karts Accessibility
Chaos Karts also requires physical ability, but has more defined requirements since you’re driving real electric karts.
Participants must be at least 11 years old and 1.5 m tall, and on arrival you may be asked to demonstrate you can safely reach the pedals and steer - if not, you won’t be able to race. If you’re under 18 you must be accompanied by an adult (who can watch from the viewing platform).
Races aren’t suitable for anyone who is pregnant or has conditions such as epilepsy, weak back/neck issues, or any inability to safely operate the kart.
As with PAC-MAN LIVE, all guests sign a waiver before playing, and Chaos Karts also offers free carer tickets and may be able to modify some elements of the experience to help accommodate additional needs.
Chaos Karts likewise uses projection and lighting effects that may not be suitable for people with photosensitivity, and if you prefer not to race you can still watch from the viewing area.
