The games vary in length, Chaos Karts is 20 minutes and PAC-MAN LIVE is 30 minutes.

The amount of players varies per games and bookings. Please note, if you have a small group then you may be playing with other guests - nothing like some friendly competition!

Unfortunately Arcade Arena London won't have a viewing platform, however we do have a an amazing bar and dining area you can enjoy whilst you wait.

Arcade Arena is an active experience where you'll be moving, dashing and chomping your way to victory. It's normal to get the blood pumping during your adventure, so come prepared:

  • Comfortable shoes - no high heels or open-toed shoes
  • Please wear something comfortable you are able to move around in
  • As it's a physical activity, you are likely to get warm, so dressing lightly is recommended
  • Fancy dress is permitted as long as it does not restrict your movement

Of course! We want you to be able to share your experience with your fans and boast about your high score so there are opportunities throughout the games to capture pictures and video. 

Looking for something more official? You can also purchase photos after your experience.

Please check your PDF tickets for arrival instructions. Arrive at the latest 15 minutes before the end of your arrival window to guarantee entry. Whilst we make every effort to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee entry for latecomers.

We accept printed tickets or can scan from a phone screen, provided the screen is clear and not damaged.

We are a cashless venue. We recommend pre-booking your tickets online to avoid disappointment. If you do decide to pay on the door, you will need to pay by card.

Experiences start regularly, timings may depend on the game you're playing. You will be assigned the next available start time upon arrival. Please arrive on time as per your selected time slot to ensure there is not a delay to your experience.

We love that you want to step into the game again and beat your high score! It will be subject to availability, but speak to a team member on site who will be able to get you locked in and ready to go. 

Yes, we have the option to purchase drinks (both alcoholic and soft), snacks and confectionary at the venue.  

You cannot bring external food & drink into Arcade Arena. However, we will have a bar to keep you refreshed with a menu of snacks for your fuel!

You may drink alcohol before playing however, as this is an active, physical experience that requires coordination and awareness for your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any guests who appear to be intoxicated.

We have lockers where you can leave loose belongings and bags whilst you play. While this area is secure, all items are left at your own discretion, and we cannot take any responsibility for any lost items.

Yes we do! You can purchase them from the gift voucher page.

Our Student tickets, purchased online, are 20% off our regular online rate.

This ticket/offer is valid for students in further or higher education, or in an approved apprenticeship scheme only. Each ticket holder must be able to present a student photo ID from a university / college / apprenticeship scheme with a valid expiry date at the point of visit, otherwise you'll be asked to pay full price.

Arcade Arena Manchester is a physical activity so unfortunately we cannot allow people at any stage of pregnancy to play, including those who were not pregnant at the time of booking.
